The following error message may be received when attempting to import an EFTS Export file using the Nedbank online banking facility:
In a recent incident the following solution resolved the above problem:
- On the Common | Maintenance | EFTS File Layout screen, copy the relevant Nedbank EFTS Export record and open the newly copied record
- Then change the Trailer Records | Hash Value field length value to 40. This value might perhaps be of a lower or higher value.
